NS.18166.023 Ola J. Pickett Park Lighting Upgrades - Ph. II #19568

Sealed Bids for the Ola J. Pickett Park - Lighting Upgrades will be received by Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the Town of Caledonia at the offices of Town of Caledonia, 754 Main Street, P.O. BOX 130, Caledonia, MS 39740 , until February 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of replacing field lights on the Soccer Field, Field 4 and the Batting Cage at the Ola J. Pickett Park with LED Sports Lights.

Separate Bids will be received for Ola J. Pickett Park - Lighting Upgrades – Phase II. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Contract includes additive or deductive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.

The plans and specifications for the project are on file for public inspection in the offices of the Town of Caledonia and the offices of Neel-Schaffer, Inc., 7085 Hwy 45 Alternate North, West Point, MS 39773. Bid documents are being made available electronically and via original paper copy (if requested). Plan holders are required to register for an account at www.neel-schafferplans.com to view and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Electronic bids shall be submitted through www.neel-schafferplans.com. Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website.
