General Notice:

The Jackson County Utility Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

JORDAN ROAD PHASE 3 – FORCE MAIN AND SEWER PUMP STATION

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Jackson County Utility Authority located at 1225 Jackson Avenue, Pascagoula, MS 39567, until February 6, 2026 at 10 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

Installation of sewer lift station and installation of sewer force main.

Bids are requested for the following Contract: JORDAN ROAD PHASE 3 – FORCE MAIN AND SEWER PUMP STATION

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders must register with the designated website as a plan holder. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10 a.m. local time on January 22, 2026, at the Jackson County Utility Authority’s board room, 1225 Jackson Avenue, Pascagoula, MS 39567.
