Sealed Bids for the Ola J. Pickett Park - Lighting Upgrades will be received by Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the Town of Caledonia at the offices of Town of Caledonia, 754 Main Street, P.O. BOX 100, Caledonia, MS 39740 , until June 18, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of replacing field lights on four fields at the Ola J. Pickett Park with LED Sports Lights.

Bids will be received for Ola J. Pickett Park - Lighting Upgrades. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Contract includes additive or deductive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The plans and specifications for the project are on file for public inspection in the offices of the Town of Caledonia and the offices of Neel-Schaffer, Inc., 7085 Hwy 45 Alternate North, West Point, MS 39773.

Bid documents are being made available electronically and via original paper copy (if requested).
