ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $222,000

The City of Moss Point, MS (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

SAWMILL LANDING PARK – PARKING AND WALKWAY PROJECT

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, Moss Point, MS located at 4320 McInnis Ave., Moss Point, MS 39563, until Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 2 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

Construction of ADA compliant gravel parking lot and walkway, while preserving the natural appeal of the project location.

Bids are requested for the following Contract: SAWMILL LANDING PARK – PARKING AND WALKWAY PROJECT

Obtaining the Bidding Documents:

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated websites:

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated websites. Prospective Bidders must register with the designated websites as a plan holder. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. The designated websites will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated websites. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated websites. All bid documents must be purchased through the websites. The cost of bid documents is non-refundable. Questions regarding website registration and online orders shall be directed to Plan House Printing at 228-248-0181.

“Mississippi Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, 2017 Edition” as referred to herein may be purchased from the Mississippi Department of Transportation.

A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held.
